Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Grunden AI AB, Mårdstigen 4, SE-170 75 Solna, Sweden, is the controller and therefore responsible for the lawful processing of personal data we collect. Grunden owns and operates the website grunden.ai. For personal data contained in Customer Content processed through our AI inference services, Grunden acts as processor on behalf of the customer, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, not this policy.

Primarily, Grunden collects personal data directly from you when you contact us, create an account, or visit our website. We may collect and process the following personal data:
•Contact information, including your name, e-mail address, company, telephone number;
•Account, usage and billing data, including account identifiers, API usage volumes and payment information needed to administer the services;
•Business-related information provided in the course of the contractual relationship between you and Grunden, or otherwise voluntarily provided by you;

All processing of service data takes place on infrastructure located within the EU/EEA; our approved sub-processors are listed in the Data Processing Agreement. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA unless a valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR is in place.
Retention periods
We will not keep your personal data longer than what is necessary with regard to the respective purposes of the processing. Operational and security logs are retained for thirty (30) days and then deleted. Billing data is retained as required by applicable accounting law.
Your rights
You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by contacting us using the contact information in this policy. We may require that you provide appropriate proof of your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
