Find a setting

Settings is the largest part of the app. This page says what each page covers, so you know where to look.

Page	What it covers
General	The default chat model and how it reasons, the theme, and updates.
Folders	The folders the agent may work in. This list is the agent’s boundary.
Extensions	The connectors, skills and plugins the agent can use — yours, and the ones your organisation shares.
Instructions	Standing rules you write for the agent.
Account	Sign in, your organisation, and the connection to Grunden.
Appearance	How the app looks, including how it follows your system theme.
Updates	Background checks and when to install.
Advanced	Runtime health, connection state, and developer controls.

Note

Some settings are managed by your organisation. When that applies, the app says Organization policies active rather than letting a setting look editable when it is not. See working in an organisation.

Two settings worth knowing about

Folders is not cosmetic. The folders you add are exactly what the agent may touch. Removing one takes the agent’s access away.

Advanced holds a diagnostics view. If support asks what the agent actually receives, that page produces a redacted report you can copy.
